100-calorie-candy

Remember when you were a kid and there’d always be that weird house that gave out snoozy things like raisins or apples or pre-rationed bags of nuts to trick-or-treaters? Well, even though we’re (mostly) grown up now, nothing’s really changed: We still don’t want the raisins or apples on Halloween, we want the candy!

However, for better or worse, being grown-up also means being more mindful of our diet, which basically means not eating three huge plastic pumpkin’s worth of sweets in one sitting.

Of course, it is possible to indulge in Halloween goodies and still maintain your waistline—you just have to make sure what you’re consuming is reasonable. To help you out, we rounded 14 types of candy you’re sure to see this Halloween, and how much you can pop at 100 calories or less!
